I'm a 29 year old male who doesn't think sex is necessary in order for a relationship to last.
Why would anyone place such high value on sex as being important part of keeping a relationship going?
I made a decision in 2002 to stop having sex. I've been in 2 long term relationships since that time and I never had intercourse with these women. Sure we would fool around & pet each other but I drew the line & not let it go to intercourse.
Part of the reason I don't want to get married is I'm afraid sex would be expected of me. If we take sex out of the equation I might consider marriage.
Sex does nothing at all for me whatsoever. No woman I've been with has been able to make me orgasm & that's one of the reasons I put a stop to it all in 2002. I had enough of being dissatisfied so what's the point?
I'm better off just masturbating the rest of my life since at least I'm able to orgasm through that. Actually self pleasure is the only way I can orgasm.
I think all of my future relationships are doomed because at some point every woman I end up dating will want sexual intimacy.
Even if I'm doing everything else in the relationship right such as being caring, generous, taking her out to dinner, listening attentively & taking an interest in her life, kissing her, cuddling with her, it doesn't matter does it?
Ladies if you had high interest level in a guy & you loved him with all your heart but he never wanted to have sex would you stay with him if he meets all your other needs in the relationship such as your spiritual needs, emotional needs & he was intellectually stimulating?
